Open a new image 700x700 fill with white

New layer fill with paper of choice mask new from image

select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

Resize frame2 paste as new layer on top of mask magic wand

click centre of frame selections modify exspand by5

paste paper of choice selections invert delete on keyboard select none.

Activate frame magic wand click in centre resize wire paste as new layer

select none dropshaddow frame.

Activate frame again magic wand click centre resize tube of choice

paste as new layer selections invert delete on keyboard select none drop shaddow.

Paste tube again move on top of frame layer

use selection tool to cut away bottom of tube.

Resize cap place on top od boys head drop shaddow erase part you dont want showing.

Resize broken swing paste as new layer place in left side of frame drop shaddow.

Resize frame5 paste as new layer place to top left corner of main frame drop shaddow.

Magic wand click in centre of frame5 selections modify exspand by11

paste paper of choice selections invert delete on keyboard drag below frame

drop shaddow select none.Font of choice add Dad in centre of frame.

Resize tire swing paste as new layer place to top right corner of frame drop shaddow.

Font of choice add Boys will be boys to bottom of frame.

Resize doodle1 paste as new layer under bottom right of frame image flip.

Resize rope3 paste as new layer place on top of doodle1 drop shaddow.

Resize string2 paste as new layer place to under bottom left of frame drop shaddow

Rotate to the left 90%.

Resize shoes2 paste as new layer place to bottom left of frame drop shaddow.

Resize bike paste as new layer place to bottom right of frame drop shaddow.

Font of choice add Happy Fathers Day play to top of frame drop shaddow.

Add name with a bold font of choice place to bottom of frame

i gave mine an inner bevel and drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop close off white background merge other layers visable.

Save as png.
