I have named this tut my nick name, as i too have dark brown eyes as this tube lol.
When i was younger i too had the same sparkle in my eyes
and still have at times this same expressionable look on my face tehe.

Font of choice i used Vivaldi.
Open a new image 700x700 fillwith white
New layer fill with paper of choice mask new from image
select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.
Resize frame paste as new layer on top of mask.
Magic wand click centre of frame selections modify exspand by5
paste paper of choice selections invert delete on keyboard
select none drop shaddow frame.
Activate frame layer magic wand click centre of frame
selections modify exspand by5
resize raindrops paste as new layer selections invert delete on keyboard
select none drag below frame layer drop shaddow.
Open tube of choice paste as new layer place
on top of frame drop shaddow.
Resize pendant paste as new layer place
to top right corner of frame drop shaddow.
Resize flower1 paste as new layer place
on top of pendant drop shaddow.
Resize butterfly1 paste as new layer
rotate place on top of flower drop shaddow.
Resize calla lilly paste as new layer place to left of frame dropshaddow.
Resize bow2 paste as new layer
rotate place on top of flower stems drop shaddow.
Resize tag paste as new layer place to bottom of tube drop shaddow.
Resize flower string paste as new layer rotate place on top of tag
drop shaddow erase ends off flower string.
Add name i used Vivaldi font place on top of tag i gave mine a gradient glow.
Add url copywrite and watermark.
Resize crop close off white background merge other layers visable.
Save as PNG.
