Font of choice i used Verdana.
Open a new image 700x700 fill with white.
New layer fill with paper of choice.
Mask new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.
Resize frame6 paste as new layer on top of mask.
Magic wand click centre of frame Selections modify exspand by5
Paste paper of choice selections invert delete on keyboard select none
drag below frame layer use clone tool to fill in any gaps on the paper.
Activate frame layer magic wand click centre of frame
Open tube of choice paste as new layer drop shaddow.
Selections invert delete on keyboard.
Duplicate tube drag above frame layer
erase parts of frame you dont want showing
make her look like she is comming out of top window.Select none.
Open diamond hearts1 paste as new layer on top of window paper
erase parts overlapping the sides drop shaddow.
Resize doodle1 paste as new layer on top of mask
to left of frame drop shaddow.
Resize heart charm2 paste as new layer place on top of tubes hand
drop shaddow erase parts on finger like its entwined.
Resize butterfly1 paste as new layer place
to top left corner of frame drop shaddow.
Resize ivy1 paste as new layer place to bottom of frame drop shaddow
duplicate image mirror duplicate again place on top of other ivy
duplicate image mirror.
Resize blossom2 paste as new layer on top of ivy at both sides drop shaddow.
Resize flower6 paste as new layer place to bottom
left corner of frame drop shaddow
duplicate image mirror.
Resize flower5 paste as new layer place to right bottom of frame drop shaddow.
Duplicate both these flowers place in center of frame.
Resize butterfly2 paste as new layer place
to flowers on bottom of frame drop shaddow.
Add wordart Attitude Hell yeah place to top left of frame
I gave mine a gradient glow and drop shaddow, used Vivaldi font.
Add name place to bottom of frame i used Verdana font on caps
again gave mine a gradient glow and drop shaddow.
Add url copywrite and watermark.
Resize crop close off white background merge other layers visable.
Save as PNG.
