Font of choice i used Pristina.
Open a new image 700x700 fillwith white.
New layer fill with paper of choice.
Mask new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.
Resize frame2 paste as new layer on top of mask
magic wand click parts in circle side of frame only
selections modify exspand by2 paste paper of choice
selections invert delete on keyboard select none drag below frame layer.
Activate frame layer magic wand clic in centre of square frame
selections modify exspand by 5 paste paper of choice
selections invert delete on keyboard select none
drag below frame layer drop shaddow frame.
Activate frame layer again click in parts of circle frame
Resize tube of choice paste as new layer
place on circle frame selections select none drag below frame layer.
Layer palette change blend mode to luminance.
Activate frame layer resize blossom3 paste as new layer
place to right in side square frame drop shaddow.
Resize glass1 paste as new layer place to left of blossom drop shaddow.
Resize feather cluster paste as new layer
place on centre bottomof frame drop shaddow.
Resize dot splatter paste as new layer to top left under frame drop shaddow
duplicate image mirror.
Resize main tube paste as new layer place to left of frame drop shaddow.
Add wordart of choice drop shaddow place to top right of frame.
Add name i used Pritina gave it a purple drop shaddow
place to bottom of frame.
Add url copywrite and watermark.
Resize crop close off white background merge other layers visable.
Save as PNG.
