Font of choice i used Impact.
Open a new image 700x700 fill with white
New layer fill with paper of choice
Mask new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.
Resize element61 paste as new layer on top of mask.
Magic wand click centre of frame selections modify exspand by5
paste paper of choice selections invert delete on keyboard
select none drag below frame layer.
Activate frame layer magic wand click centre of frame
selections modify exspand by5
Resize tube of choice paste as new layer drop shaddow
selections invert delete on keyboard drag below frame.
Paste tube again drop shaddow drag above frame layer
use selection tool to cut away the bottom of tube.
Resize element1 paste as new layer place to left of frame
drop shaddow duplicate image mirror.
Resize element9 paste as new layer place to bottom of ellement1
drop shaddow rotae slightly duplicate image mirror.
Resize element44 paste as new layer place to bottom of frame
drop shaddow erase parts at each side.
Resize element32 paste as new layer place to top left corner of frame
drop shaddow image mirror.
Resize element31 paste as new layer place towards bottom right of frame
drop shaddow slightly rotate.
Resize element59 paste as new layer place to top right corner of frame
drop shaddow rotate slightly.
Resize element60 paste as new layer place towards bottom left of frame
drop shaddow rotate slightly.
Add name i used Impact then a pink drop shaddow.place to bottom of frame.
Add url copywrite and watermark.
Resize crop close off white background merge other layers visable.
Save as PNG.
