Font of choice i used Calibra on caps.

Open a new image 700x700 fill with white.

New layer fill with paper of choice mask new from image

select and apply mask merge mask layers visable

i duplicated my mask to make it stand out more.

Resize bling frame paste as new layer

on top of mask drop shaddow.

Resize frame5 paste as new layer on top of bling frame.

Magic wand click in centre of frame5

paste paper of choice select none

drag below frame layer dropshaddow.

Resize doodle1 paste as new layer place to top left of frame

drop shaddow duplicate image mirror line up with other doodle.

Resize rose2 paste as new layer

image rotate right 90% place to bottom right of frame

drop shaddow duplicate image mirror

duplicate place in bottom centre of frame.Resize rose1

paste as new layer place under hand

image rotate 90% right image flip drop shaddow.

copy paste heart chain1 paste as new layer

place to top right of frame drop shaddow.

Add wordart Dark angel place to left and

inside frame drop shaddow.

Add name with font of choice place to bottob of tube drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop close off white background merge other layers visable.

Save as PNG.

Open the template delete credit layer

click anywhere outside of the template image canvas size 700x700

new layer fill with white.

New layer fill with a colour to compliment your tag.

Mask new layer select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

I filled all my layers with a colour.

Select the layer you want to fill selections select all

selections float selections defloat new layer fill with a colour of choice

select none then delete the original grey scale layer.

To add the tubes into each small frame

activate the frame fill selection select all

resize your tube paste as new layer

selections invert delete on keyboard select none.

To add top left frame resize tube paste as new layer

place on top of frame use selection tool cut off any overlapping tube.

Resize main tube paste as new layer place on top of large frame

drop shaddow.

To add another colour to wordart

activate the layer selections select all selections float

selections defloat fill with colour of choice drop shaddow.

Add name with font of choice drop shaddow

place to bottom of main tube.

Crop close off white background merge other layers visable.

Add url copywrite and watermark

Save as PNG.
