Open a new image 700x700 fillwith white

new layer fill with paper of choice mask new from image

select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

I colourized all mine to compliment my tube.

Resize element27 effects Mura Meister copies

setting on

encircle

number12

allother setting as default.

new iamge 500x500 use preset shapes tool

make a circle just big enough to go under flower frame

fill with colour of choice.

Edit copy edit paste as new layer on top of mask but under frame.

Resize element10 paste as new layer use deformation tool

to adjust to just outside flower frame drop shaddow.

Activate flower frame magic wand click centre of frame

selections modify exspand by1.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer selections

invert delete on keyboard select none paste tube again

drag on top of frame layer use selection tool cut away bottom of tube.

Resize element4 paste as new layer place to right of frame drop shaddow.

Resize element24 paste as new layer place on top of heart pendant drop shaddow.

Resize element22 paste as new layer place to left and on top of frame.

drop shaddow rotate.

Use preset shapes tool draw another circle just outside

element10 add name on size font 28 depending on length of name

it will not meet at the bottom but we will hide that with another bow drop shaddow.

Resize element24 paste as new layer place to bottom of element10 drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop close off white background merge other layers visable

Save as PNG.

Open template delete credit layer.

Method i use for filling layers...

Activate layer you want to fill selections select all

selections float selections defloat

Fill with paper of choice selections invert delete on keyboard

delete original grey scale layer i give my layers a drop shaddow

you may get the shaddow showing on white part down sides

used selection tool and cut it off.

To place tubes in frames and large circle...

Activate frames and circle magic wand click in centre

paste tube of choice drop shaddow selections invert

delete on keyboard now because with this template

the frames are on one layer used selection tool to cut off parts showing

outside the frame or overlapping the other frames.

When happy the way your tag looks

close off white background merge other layers visable.

Open a new image 700x700 fill with white

new layer fill with paper of choice mask new from image

select and apply mask merge mask layer visable

i duplicated my mask to show it up more.

Go back to your finished template edit copy edit paste on top of mask.

Add wordart of choice i did forever friend added a gradient

then drop shadow place to top of template.

Add name again i added a gradient glow and drop shaddow

place to bottom of template.

Add url copywrite and watermark close off white background

merge other layers visable save as PNG.

Magic wand click centre of frame selections modify exspand by5

select none drag below frame layer.

Activate frame layer magic wand click in centre of frame

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer drop shaddow

selections invert delete on keyboard select none.

Paste tube on top of frame layer drop shaddow

use selection tool to cut off bottom of tube.

Resize element2c paste as new layer place to left top of frame drop shaddow.

Resize element3a paste as new layer place under last flower drops haddow.

Resize element7c paste as new layer rotate slightly

drop shaddow place on top of flowers.

Resize element8c paste as new layer place on top bottom of flowers drop shaddow.

Resize element9paste as new layer rotate slightly

place on top left corner of note pad drop shaddow.

Resize element10a paste as new layer rotate slightly

place on bottom left corner of pad drop shaddow.

Add wordart of choice i add Welcome drop shaddow.

Resize element10a rotate 90% either way filp paste as new layer

on top of mask place to right of frame duplicate place below last one drop dhaddow both.

Resize element10b paste as new layer drop shaddow

place inside frame to the right.

Resize element6c paste as new layer place to right of frame drop shaddow.

Add name with font of choice i gave mine a gradient glow and dropshaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop close off white background mere other layers visable.

Save as PNG.
