Tiny star

HERE.

Open a new image 700x700 fill with white

new layer fill with paper of choice mask new from image

select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

Resize frame9 paste as new layer on top of mask

i colourized mine to compliment my tube.

Magic wand click centre of frame selections

modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice

selections invert delete on keyboard

select none drag below frame layer drop shaddow frame.

Activate frame layer magic wand click centre of frame

selections modify exspand by2

resize tube of choice paste as new layer

i rotated mine to line up with frame selections

invert delete on keyboard drag below frame drop shaddow tube and frame.

Resize flower2 paste as new layer place

under and to top of frame drop shaddow.

Resize flower3 paste as new layer place

under right top corner of frame drop shaddow.

Resize flower1 paste as new layer place on top of

right corner of frame drop shaddow.

Resize pin2 paste as new layer place to top left corner of frame

drop shaddow rotate erase a paert in centre of the pin.

Resize bow5 paste as new layer place to bottom

left corner of frame rotate drop shaddow.

Add name place at bottom right of frame drop shaddow

i gave mine a gradient glow and drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop merge all layers visable.

do not merge layers before closing off white background

If you do not want to animate your tag just add the tiny stars as follows...

Open tiny star in animation click on file export frames

to picture name your file now it will be in your picture tool.

Go back to psp click on picture look for tiny star

add as many stars as you want.

Save as PNG.

To animate your tag...

hit shift and D keys together twice, you need 3 copys of your tag

picture tube look for tiny star add as many stars as you like

on each frame you must have at least 3 on a frame for it to animate.

When finished adding stars to all 3 frames

edit copy go to animation paste first layer as new image

do the same with the other two layers but paste after current layer each time.

View animation if happy how it looks

save your tag.

Activate window again magic wand click in centre selections modify exspand by5 paste another paper of choice selections invert delete on keyboard select none drag below window. Use selection tool and cut top half of first paper away. Picture tube tool look for clouds i had mine set on 50 add a few clouds on top of top paper. Use clone brush to add colour on the centre where the two papers meet so you cannot see the joining drop shaddow window. Resize element12paste as new layer place to bottom of window paper. Resize and arrange flowers and leaves on top of grassand on window cill drop shaddow as you go. Resize element15 paste as new layer place to top paper erase a part to make it look half moon drop shaddow. Resize element18 paste as new layer place

in sky drop shaddow image mirror.

Resize element25 paste as new layer place

on top of flowers drop shaddow.

Resize element 22 paste as new layer place on right of window drop shaddow.

Resize element38 paste as new layer place

a little below window rotate drop shaddow.

Resize element8 paste as new layer place

on top of element38 drop shaddow image mirrori colourized mine.

Resize element 52 paste as new layer place on element 38 drop shaddow

image mirror erase parts of last two elements you don't want showing

to left of window drop shaddow image mirror image flip

again erase parts you don't want showing.
