Font of choice i used Agency FB.
Open a new image 700x700 fill with white
new layer fill with paper of choice.
Mask new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.
Resize frame16 paste as new layer on top of mask.
Magic wand click in centre of frame selections
modify by5 paste paper of choice selections
invert delete on keyboard select none drag below frame layer drop shaddow frame.
Activate frame layer magic wand click in centre of frame
Open tube of choice paste as new layer selections
invert delete on keyboard drag below frame layer.
Paste tube again drag on top of frame line up on top of other tube
drop shaddow use selection tool cut away bottom half of tube.
Open mobile5 magic wand click in top transparent box
selections modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice
selections invert delete on keyboard.Drag below mobile layer.
Resize record45 paste as new layer place
to top right corner of mobile drop shaddow.
Resize lipstick70 paste as new layer place
on top left bottom corner of record drop shaddow.
Merge all layers visable resize paste as new layer place
on top of tubes shorts rotate drop shaddow
erase part so it looks like the mobile is inside her shorts.
What i di is use your freehand tool, draw around the part od tube
you want then copy paste as new layer and line up over the mobile.
Resize tag22 paste as new layer place
to left of frame with ties under skate drop shaddow rotate
erase parts of ties showing on tube and skate.
Add name place on top of skate rotate drop shaddow.
Resize pen38 paste as new layer rotate place
to top of name drop shaddow.
Resize flower11 paste as new layer place
down right of frame drop shaddow duplicate place beneath other flower.
Resize bow34 paste as new layer place
to bottom of frame drop shaddow.
Add url copywrite and watermark.
Resize crop close off white background merge other layers visable.
Save as PNG.

new layer fillwith paper of choice mask
new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.
Resize frame17 paste as new layer on top of mask.
Resize tube of choice paste as new layer on top of frame drop shaddow.
Resize flower30 paste as new layer place
top top right of frame drop shaddow.
Resize heart pendant49 paste as new layer place
on top of flower drop shaddow.
Resize heart 68 paste as new layer place
in left corner of frame on top of paper layer drop shaddow.
I added a few little twinkle stars.
Add name place to bottom left of frame
i gave mine a gradient glow and drop shaddow.
Add url copywrite and watermark.
Resize crop close off white background merge other layers visable.
Save as PNG.

Resize frame8 paste as new layer on top of mask
i colourized mine to compliment my tube.
Magic wand click in centre of frame selections
modify exspand by2 paste paper of choice as new layer
selections invert delete on keyboard drag below frame
select none, use your clone brush to fill in white spaces .
Drop shaddow frame layer.
Activate frame layer magic wand click in centre
resize tube of choice paste as new layer selections
invert delete on keyboard select none drag below frame layer drop shaddow.
Activate frame layer again magic wand
click in centre of frame selections
modify exspand by1 resize wire1 paste as new layer
on top of tube.
Resize main tube paste as new layer place
to right of frame drop shaddow.
Resize flower1 paste as new layer place
to bottom right of tube drop shaddow duplicate twice
place either side of first flower.
Resize flower3 paste as new layer place to left of frame drop shaddow.
Resize bow2 paste as new layer place
on bottom stems of flower drop shaddow
i colourized mine.
Add name place to bottom left of frame drop shaddow.
Add url copywrite and watermark.
Resize crop close off white background merge other layers visable.
Save as PNG.
