Resize courthouse42 paste as new layer on top of mask drop shaddow.

Use selection tool go round the bottom window frames

Resize bars57 paste as new layer selections invert delete on keyboard select none.

Resize fence18 paste as new layer place

on top of courthouse drop shaddow erase parts you don't want showing.

Picture tube, look for the lawn new layer place a couple of lawns

under the fence drop shaddow.

Resize flowers of choice paste as new layers place

and arrange at bottom of fence drop shaddow as you go.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place

to right of courthouse drop shaddow.

Resize key20 paste as new layer on top of hand rotate

drop shaddowerase part of fingers and thumb.

Resize tag55 paste as new layer place

on top of arm drop shaddow rotate erase part so it looks like its hanging from elbow.

Add wordart i'm free to bottom of tag drop shaddow.

Add name to top of tag drop shaddow.

Resize sherrif badge13 paste as new layer place

to top of courthouse drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop close off white background merge other layers visable.

Save as PNG.

Mask new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

Resize frame paste as new layer on top of mask rotate.

Magic wand click in centre of frame selections

modify exspand by5 fill selection with paper of choice select none.

Paste tube of choice as a new layer place

to bottom of frame, i made mine a little larger drop shaddow.

Picture tube new layer look for the cats click in centre of frame

place cat under tube drop shaddow layer palette

change blend mode to luminance.

Resize flower2 paste as new layer place

to top right corner of frame drop shaddow duplicate twice resize

place either side of first flower but under frame.

drop shaddow as you go.

Add wordart place on top of frame drop shaddow.

Resize flower wire paste as new layer place to

bottom left corner of frame i colourized mine drop shaddow.

Add name place to top left of frame i gave mine a red drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop close off white background merge other layers visable.

Save as PNG.

Selection tool go around all three frames fill with paper of choice

selections invert delete on keyboard drop shaddow.

Open tubes of choice paste as new layers one on top of each frame

drop shaddow as you go.

Add wordart place to bottom of mask drop shaddow.

Add name place to to top of tubes i used a paper for fill

gave it an inner becvel and drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop close off white background merge other layers visable.

Save as PNG.

Again with selections tool go around smaller outside frames

fill with another paper of choice.

Open tube of choice paste as new layer in centre of centre frame drop shaddow.

Resize spider25 paste as new layer place

in centre of first frame drop shaddow.

Resize spider34 paste as new layer place to top left corner

of right frame drop shaddow.

Resize pumpkin57 paste as new layer place to bottom

of right frame drop shaddow.

Resize 4 assortment of candles arrange to both bottom sides of mask

Add freaky artword place to top of mask i gave mine

a purple drop shaddow.

Add name place to bottom of mask again i used a purple drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop close off white background merge other layers visable.
