Font of choice i used Zombified.

Open new image 700x700 fillwith white

new layer fill with grey mask

new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

Resize frame3 paste as new layer on top of mask drop shaddow.

Magic wand click in centre of frame selections

modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice selections

invert delete on keyboard.

Resize ghost1 paste as new layer to right inside of frame. image mirror.

Open tube of choice paste as new layer place

to left of frame drop shaddow.

Resize flower5 paste as new layer place under

to bottom left of tube drop shaddow.

Resize flower4 paste as new layer place

to right of flower 5 but on top of tube drop shaddow.

Duplicate flower5 place to right of flower4 duplicate

flower4 place to right of flower 5 but under tube.

Resize cat paste as new layer place

just aside of flowers image mirror dropshaddow I gave mine a green dot for the eyes lol.

Resize bats paste as new layer place to top of frame.

Resize ghost1 paste as new layer place

to top right of frame duplicate image mirror rotate

place just below first ghost duplicate image mirror

resize place to bottom left of frame.

Resize moon paste as new layer place on top of mask

under bats drop shaddow.

I added a few clouds from the picture tube.

Add name place alongside of cat i gave mine

an orange drop shaddow then a black one.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop close off white background merge other layers visable.

Save as PNG.

Open new image 700x700 fill with white

new layer fill with paper of choice mask

new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

Resize ghost paste as new layer drop shaddow.

I resized 4 tubes of the same artist colourized to grey scale placed each

in windows of choice paste on top of ghost use selection tool

to cut around overlapping parts outside frames

to see what your doing layer palette change the opacity

down to your liking remeber to sharpen the tubes too.

Repeat the same with the little ghosts place to your liking drop shaddow.

Erase any parts you dont want showing see mine for details.

Open tube of choice paste as new layer place

to right of ghost house drop shaddow.

Resize couldron fire colourize to grey scale paste as new layer

place to botton left of ghost house drop shaddow.

Resize pumpkin1 colourize to grey scale paste as new layer image mirror place

alongside of couldron fire drop shaddow.

Resize treats paste as new layer place to right of front door

drop shaddow rotate.

Resize doodle1 colourize to grey scale paste as new layer

place to bottom left of ghost house arrange to suit yourself drop shaddow

erase what you do not want showing

Add name place to bottom of tube drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop close off white background merge other layers visable.

Save as PNG.
