Font of choice i used Pistolgrip.
Open new image 700x700 fill with white
new layer fill with paper of choice mask
new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.
Resize frame1 paste as new layer on top of mask
Magic wand click in centre of frame selections
modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice selections
invert delete on keyboard drag below frame layer drop shaddow frame.
paste tube of choice as new layer place to
right bottom of frame on top of paper drop shaddow
selections tool cut overlapping parts outside frame
layer palatte change blend mode to luminance.
Resize scatter3 paste as new layer on top left of frame paper.
Resize chain link1 paste as new layer place on top of tube layer drop shaddow
Use selection tool cut away overlapping parts outside of frame
drag below frame layer.
Open main tube of choice paste as new layer place
to left of frame drop shaddow.
Resize scatter4 paste as new layer place on top
of tubes bottom add wordart hell dropshaddow.
Duplicate both scatter and wordart place on top of bottom of first tube.
Resize spill1 paste as new layer arrange to your liking down
left side and bottom of frame drop shaddow
erase what you don't want showing see mine for details.
Resize flower4 paste as new layer place
to top right corner of frame drop shaddow.
Resize flower3 paste as new layer place left of flower4 dropshaddow
duplicate place just under flower4.
Cut round small bead on spill1 copy paste on top of flowers.
Add name place just under main tubes feet i gave mine a red drop shaddow.
Add url copywrite and watermark.
Crop close off white background merge other layers visable.
Save as PNG.
