Open new image 700x700 fill with white
new layer fill with paper of choice mask
new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.
Resize frame7 paste as new layer on top of mask
selections modify exspand by5 magic wand click centre of frame
fill with paper of choice selections invert delete on keyboard
select none drag below frame dropm shaddow frame.
Resize bow12 paste as new layer on top of frame paper
image mirror drop shaddow.
Open tube of choice paste as new layer place
to left of frame drop shaddow.
Resize snow flake35 paste as new layer place
to top of frame duplicate twice place to right of frame.
I gave mine eye candy gradient glow
works just as well with a white drop shaddow.
Add name place just under your tube light drop shaddow.
Add url copywrite and watermark.
Animation...
Highlight frame layer magic wand click in centre modify by1
