Pink twinkle
HERE.
Open new image 700x700 fill with white.
New layer fill with paper of choice mask
new from image select and apply mask
merge mask layer visable, i lightened mine.
Resize frame1 paste as new layer on top of mask
magic wand click in centre of frame selections
modify expand by3 paste paper of choice selections
invert delete on keyboard select none drag below frame.
Click on paper layer use clone brush to fill in blank spaces.
Activate frame layer selections modify exspand by1
Copy and paste tube of choice selections select none
Paste tube again drag above the frame drop shaddow.
Use selection tool cut overlapping part of tube at the bottom
Drop shaddow frame.
Open pink twink from supplies new layer edit copy paste
duplicate as many times as you want moving twinkles to where you want them.
Resize faith-Hope and love wordarts paste as new layer
place and arrange down left of frame.
I colourized mine as follows...
Open wordart select all selections float selections defloat
new layer fill with colour of choice delete original layer.
Then i gave mine a gradient glow and light drop shaddow.

Resize flower3 paste as new layer place
to bottom centre of frame duplicate place to the right
on top of each other. drop shaddow.
Add name place just under the flowers gradient glow and drop shaddow.
Add url copywrite and watermark.
Crop close off white background merge other layers visable.
Save as PNG.
