New layer fill with paper of choice mask
new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.
Reisize flower13 twice by 45%of original paste as new layer.
Effects plugins Mura's Meister copies on these settings.

Circle/blend mode behind.
number 15.
all other setting on default
BG colour black.
Magic wand click in centre of flower frame selections
modify exspand by4 paste paper of choice selections
invert delete on keyboard select none drag below frame.
Activate frame layer magic wand click centre of frame
Resize close up tube paste as new layer selections
invert delete on keyboard drag below frame
select none. Layer palette change blend mode to luminance.
Open main tube paste as new layer image mirror
place to right of frame drop shaddow.
Resize flower13 paste as new layer place
to left of frame dropshaddow duplicate
place just under and on top of first flower.
Resize heart pendant53 paste as new layer place
on top of bottom flower drop shaddow.
Resize butterfly18 paste as new layer place
on top of flower rotate drop shaddow duplicate.
Resize bow33 paste as new layer place to
bottom of frame drop shaddow.
Open wordart from supplies edit copy
paste as new layer Use deformation tool to adjust to your liking
Image rotate to the right bit by bit till the space is at the bottom of the frame.
Add name place just under the bow drop shaddow.
Add url copywrite and watermark.
Crop close off white background merge other layers visable.
Save as PNG.
