Font of choice i used Snowcaps.
Open template delete credit and dotted line layers.
Method for filling template layers...
Highlight layer you want to fill
selections select all selections float selections defloat.
Fill with paper of choice delete original layer.
For filling with a colour only...
Same as above but make new layer before filling.
I gave my stars and outer frames a noise effect.
I changed the colour of my wordart by
highlighting layer selections select all selections float
selections defloat new layer fill with colour of choice.
Highlight large background layer
resize tree paste as new layer place to left centre of frame drop shaddow.
Resize tube of choice paste as new layer image mirror
drop shaddow place to right bottom of frame.
Resize bauble5 paste as new layer place
on the first glitter strip dropshaddow.
Resize bauble1 paste as new layer place
on second glitter strip drop shaddow.
Duplicate bauble5 move to third glitter strip.
Resize candles paste as new layer place
to left bottom of frame drop shaddow.
Resize box2 paste as new layer place on top to right of candles drop shaddow.
Resize box1 paste as new layer place under and to right of
box2 drop shaddow.
Open wordart paste as new layer place to top
left of template drop shaddow slightly.
Add name place to bottom under tube drop shaddow.
Add url copywrite and watermark.
Highlight white background layer new layer
paste paper of choice mask new from image
select and apply mask merge mask layer visable
image rotate 90% either way use deformation tool to adjust.
Resize crop if needed delete white background layer
merge all other layers visable.
Save as PNG.
