File new 600x600 fill with white.
New layer fill with paper of choice mask
new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.
Resize frame17 paste as new layer on top of mask.
Magic wand click centre selections modify
exspand by1 fill with paper or colour of choice.
Selections invert delete on keyboard select none
drag below frame use eith paint brush or clone brush
to fill in any blank spaces on the frame.
Look in your picture tube tool for oak leaves
new layer add as many leaves as you want change sizes as you go.
Active frame layer magic wand click centre
selections modify expand by1
resize tube of choice paste as new layer selections invert
delete on keyboard select none drag below frame drop shaddow frame.
Activate frame fill layer effects plugins
tramage tow the line on default settings.
Resize main tube paste as new layer image nirror
drop shaddow place to left of frame.
Resize flower64 paste as new layer place
to right of frame drop shaddow.
Resize flower66 paste as new layer place
on top under flower64 drop shaddow.
Resize flower63 paste as new layer place
on top under flower66 drop shaddow.
Resize bow beads 50 paste as new layer place
to bottom right of frame drop shaddow.
Add wordart of choice place to top right of frame drop shaddow.
Add name place to bottom right of frame drop shaddow.
Add url copywrite and watermark.
Resize crop delete white background merge other layers visable.
Save as PNG.
