File new 650x650 fill with white

Open mask paste as new layer in centre of frame.

Open wordart paste as new layer place

round the edge of mask.

Resize fuzzy frame paste as new layer place

in centre of mask resize circular frame place

on top of fuzzy frame resize diamond frame place

on top of circular frame use deformation tool

to adjust so you only have the edges of fuzzy and circular frames

showing under the diamond frame.

Merge these 3 frame layers visable.

Magic wand click in centre selections

modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice selections

invert delete on keyboard select none

drag below frames i gave mine tramages tow the line plugin effect.

Open tube of choice paste as new layer place

on top centre of frame drop shaddow.

Resize frame3 paste as new layer place

to left of frames red drop shaddow.

Resize chrome trinket paste as new layer place

to right centre of frame red drop shaddow.

Resize bow3 paste as new layer place

on top of trinket chain rotate red drop shaddow.

Add name place between tube feet

i gave mine a blind texture effect drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Crop delete white background merge layers visable.

Save as PNG.

Open template delete credit layer.

Highlight white background layer image

canvas size 700x750 fill with white.

Method for filling template...

highlight layer you want to fill selections

select all selections float selections defloat

fill with paper of choice delete original grey scale layer.

To fill with colour only....

Same as above but make new layer before filling.

For the wordart used magic wand click in centre

new fill with colour of choice.

I gave my large circle layer a texture weave texture effect.

Open tube of choice paste as new layer place

in centre of circle drop shaddow.

Resize part2 gift2 paste as new layer place

in bottom left top of star drop shaddow.

Resize part2 stocking2 paste as new layer image mirror

place in centre bottom star drop shaddow.

Add name place to top left of template drop shaddow

i used the gold paper for my bottom fill.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize all layers crop delete white background merge layer visable.

Save as PNG.

Candle light and font HERE.

File new 600x600 fill with white.

New layer fill with paper of choice mask

select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

Resize 7 paste as new layer magic wand

click in centre selections modify exspand by5

paste paper of choice selections invert delete on keyboard

select none drag below frame.

Highlight frame layer magic wand click in centre

resize tube of choice paste as new layer selections

invert delete on keyboard select none.

Pastr tube again drag above frame drop shaddow

use selection tool cut bottom part of tube away.

Resize ornament2 paste as new layer place

to bottom of frame drop shaddow.

Resize stars15 paste as new layer place

one either side of frame drop shaddow.

Resize star6 paste as new layer place

left side corner of frame drop shaddow image mirror.

Resize bling1 paste as new layer place

to left top side of tube drop shaddow image mirror.

Close all layers but the last 4 stars merge visable. Open up layers.

Resize candle1 and 2 paste as new layer place

to bottom right of frame resize one candle again

place side by side drop shaddow. Merge these two candle layers visable.

Add name place to bottom left of frame drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.crop.

Highlight your merged star layers duplicate 3 times.

Close 2.3and4 layers highlight 1st.layer

effects plugins DBflux Noise set on 50.

You can use normal noise if you don't have flux.

Edit copy merged paste in animation as new image.

Back to psp close 1 highlight2 add noise on60

edit copy merged paste in animation after current frame.

Back to psp close2 highlight3 add noise 70 edit copy merged

pate in animation after current frame.

Back to psp close 3 highlight4 add noise 80 edit copy merged

paste in animation after current frame.View animation.

Open candle flame edit select all edit copy

highlight 1st.frame of your tag edit select all edit paste in selected frame.

Place on a candle repeat again for the other candle.

View animation save your work.
