Font of choice i used Cablibri.
File new 600x600 fill with white.
New layer fill with paper of choice mask
new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.
I gave min a weave texture.
Resize frame32 paste as new layer on top of mask.
Magic wand click in centre of frame
selections mify exspand by3 paste paper of choice
selections invert delete on keyboard select none
drag below frame layer.
Magic wand click in outer circle of frame selections
modify exspand by3 paste paper of choice
selections invert delete on keyboard
select none drag below frame layer dropshaddow frame.
Hightlight frame layer magic wand click in centre.
Resize tube of choice paste as new layer
selections invert delete on keyboard drag below frame.
select none paste tube again drag above frame layer
line it up with 1st.tube selection tool cut off bottom of tube.
Resize flower39 paste as new layer place
to left of frame drop shaddow.
Do the same with flowers 36 and 37
see mine for details.
Resize tag40 paste as new layer place to
bottom right of frame rotate drop shaddow.
Add wordart on top of teg rotate add medium dot in the o's.
Resize button20 paste as new layer place on top of tag drop shaddow.
Use preset shapes tool draw circle round mask
add wordart ad either eyecandy gradient or white drop shaddow.
Add name place to bottom of mask again add drop shaddow as above.
Add url copywrite and watermark.
Crop delete white background merge other layers visable.
Save as PNG.
