You can use noise effect if you want to.

Font of choice i used Aharoni.

File new 600x600 fill with white.

New layer fill with paper of choice mask

new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

Open frame2 paste as new layer on top of mask

magic wand click in centre of frame selections

modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice selections

invert delete on keyboard select none

drag below frame layer.

Highlight frame magic wand click in centre of frame

Enlarge close up tube paste as new layer drop shaddow.Image mirror

Selections invert delete on keyboard select none

drag below frame layer palette change blend mode

to luminance drop shaddow frame.

Resize main tube paste as new layer place

to left of frame drop shaddow erase the bit of frame

showing under tube on the left.

Resize bead7 paste as new layer on top

of red bead on frame drop shaddow place alternatly around frame.

Repeat above with bead8 no need to add any under the tube lol.

Resize butterfly2 paste as new layer place

to right of frame drop shaddow rotate.

Resize ribbon1 paste as new layer place

to bottom of frame drop shaddow.

Resize ribbon2 paste as new layer place

on top of ribbon1 drop shaddow.

Open wordart edit copy paste on top of mask layer

make it to fit around frame.

Add name place between ribbons on bottom

of frame drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop highlight wordart layer effects DSB flux

bright noise set on 30 and mix edit copy merged

paste in animation as new image.

Back to psp undo noise effects noise set on 40 and mix

edit copymerged paste in animation shop after current frame.

Back to psp undo noise effects noise set on 50 and mix

edit copy merged paste in animation after current frame.

View animation save your work.

New layer fill with paper of choice mask

new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

Resize tree1 paste as new layer on top of mask

move to just above mask drop shaddow.

Resize tube1 paste as new layer place

to right of tree slightly behind tree drop shaddow.

If useing same tube as mew resize suitcase

paste as new layer place

to right and behind tube drop shaddow.

Resize Resize second tube paste as new layer

place to left of tree drop shaddow.

Resize little train paste as new layer place to

bottom and on top of tree presents and tubes drop shaddow.

Resize tubes of choice for sitting in the train

use selection tool or eraser tool to cut

away any overlappings you do not want showing

see mine for details.

Resize bells2 paste as new layer place

down centre of tree drop shaddow.

Open wordart paste as new layer place

below wheels of train.

Add name place to top left of mask drop shaddow rotate.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop delete white background merge other layers visable.

Save as PNG.

I gave mine a weave effect.

Resize frame 3 paste as new layer on top of mask

magic wand click in centre of frame selections

modify by5 paste paper of choice selections invert delete on keyboard select none

drag below frame drop shaddow frame.

Resize wrap red paste as new layer place

to bottom of frame drop shaddow.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer in centre

of frame drop shaddow.

Resize holly paste as new layer image flip place

in top right corner inside frame drop shaddow

duplicate place to bottom right corner of frame.

Resize tree1 paste as new layer place

to left of frame drop shaddow.

Resize box2 paste as new layer place

on top left of tree on bottom corner of frame drop shaddow.

Resize ball special paste as new layer place

on top left corner of frame drop shaddow.

Resize wordart1 paste as new layer place

to top of frame drop shaddow.

Add name place to bottom right of frame either

eyecandy gradient glow or white drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop delete white background merge other layers visable.

Save as PNG.
