Resize frame s-s2 paste as new layer on top of mask.
Magic wand click in centre of frame selections

invert delete on keyboard select none drag below frame
drop shaddow frame.
Higlight frame magic wand click in centre selections modify exspand by1
Resize s-s54 paste as new layer selections
invert delete on keyboard drop shaddow drag below frame.
Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place
to bottom left of frame drop shaddow.
Resize s-s8 paste as new layer place
on top of frame paper below s-s54 dropshaddow.
Resize s-s16 paste as new layer place
to top right corner of frame drop shaddow.
Resize s-s18 paste as new layer place
to bottom right corner of frame drop shaddow.
Resize s-s10 paste as new layer place
to left and under s-s18 drop shaddow.
Resize s-s24 paste ont to to left of s-s10 drop shaddow.
Resize s-s3 paste as new layer place to top of frame

Highlight tube layer use freehand tool draw carefully
around the white fur on santa hat bobble and top neck
Effects DSB flus bright noise on 30 select none
edit copy merged paste in animation shop as new image.
Back to psp undo select none undo noise
effects add noise on 40 select none
edit copy merged paste in animation shop after current frame.
Back to psp undo select none undo noise
effects add noise on 50 select none
edit copy merged paste in animation shop after current frame.
View animation crop your work then saves.
