new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.
Resize frame7 paste as new layer on top of mask.
Magic wand click in centre selections
modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice selections
invert delete on keyboard select none
drag below frame layer drop shaddow frame.
Resize ribbon1 paste as new layer rotate
place down right of frame drop shaddow duplicate image mirror.
Resize tube of choice paste as new layer
place on top of frame drop shaddow.
Resize flowe9 paste as new layer place
to top right corner of frame drop shaddow duplicate
image mirror duplicate image flip duplicate image mirror.
Resize happy new year1 paste as new layer place
to top left of frame Either eyecandy gradient glow
or white drop shaddow.
Resize hat3 paste as new layer place

apply noise set on 40 select none edit copy merged
paste in animation shop after current frame.
Back to psp edit undo select none undo noise
apply noise set on 50 select none edit copy merged
paste in animation after current frame.
View animation save your work.
