File new 600x600 fill with white.

New layer fill with paper of choice mask

new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

Resize frame3 paste as new layer on top of mask.

Image rotate 90 degrees any way.

Magic wand click in centre selections modify exspand by5

paste paper of choice selections invert delete on keyboard

select none drag below frame layer drop shaddow frame.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer on top of frame

drop shaddow use selection tool to trim bottom off tube.

Resize baloon1 paste as new layer place

to top left of frame drop shaddow erase part of string.

Rotate add noise of choice add 2010 in centre drop shaddow.

Resize clock2 paste as new layer place

to top right corner of frame change fill to a paper of choice

Stroke on null preset shapes tool draw around clock numbers

Convert to raster drag below clock layer i gave mine a blind effect.

Drop shaddow clock layer.

Resize champagne bottle paste as new layer place

bottom right frame corner drop shaddow.

resize chamagne paste as new layer place

on top left of champagne bottle drop shaddow.

Use freehand tool draw around the wine part

add noise of choice.

Resize tophat3 paste as new layer place on top

right of champagne bottle freehand tool draw around ribbon

add noise of choice drop shaddow.

Add name place to bottom of frame add noise of choice drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop highlight frame layer add noise of choice set on50

edit copy merged paste in animation shop as new image.

Preset shapes tool stroke black fill in paper of choice.

Draw around and just touching the diamonds as you can

Layer palette convert to layer drag below frame layer.

Highlight paper fill layer selections select all

Resize close up tube paste as new layer place

inside bottom right of frame drop shaddow.

Layer palette change blend mode to luminance.

Drag below frame.

Highlight frame paper fill selections select all

Open wordart paste as new layer place

to top right of frame.

Add name place to just under bow either

eyecandy gradient glow or white drop shaddow then normal drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark. Resize crop.

Highlight wordart effects plugins dsb flux bright noise

you can use a normal noise if you prefare.

Flux set on 50 edit copy merged paste in animation as new image.

Back to psp undo noise add noise on 60 edit copy merged paste in animation

after current frame back to psp undo noise

add noise on 70 edit copy merged paste in animation

after current frame.

View animation save work.

invert delete on keyboard select none

drag below frame drop shaddow tube.

Resize bow6 paste as new layer place

to bottom of frame drop shaddow.

Open main tube paste as new layer place

to left of frame drop shaddow.

Resize 2010 wordart paste as new layer plae

to bottom right of frame drop shaddow.

Resize cracker3 paste as new layer place

on top right of 2010 wordart drop shaddow duplicate.

Open happy new year wordart paste as new layer

place to top of frame.

Add nmae place just below 2010 wordart either

eyecandy gradient glow or

white drop shaddow then normal drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop edit copy merged paste in animation shop

as new image duplicate 37 times.

Open firework highlight 1st frame edit select all edit copy

highlight 1st frame of your tag edit select all

edit paste in selected frame.

Add as many fireworks as you want as above

I resized mine each time.

View animation save your your work.

on top left of tree drop shaddow.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place

to right of frame drop shaddow.

Resize candle1 paste as new layer place

on top bottom of santa sack drop shaddow image mirror.

Add name place just under tubes hand drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop delete white background merge other layers visable.

Save as PNG.
