File new 600x650 fill with white.

New layer fill with paper of choice mask

new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

Open frame from supplies paste as new layer on top of mask.

Selection tool draw around the transparent parts of frames

Resize paste paper of choice as new layer

Selections invert delete on keyboard select none.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place

in frame on top of paper fill cut away overlapping parts

outside of frame, i used the selection tool to do mine

by lining up the selection tool with the centre of the black outer frame.

Repeat for each tube in each frame. drop shaddow frame.

Resize main tube paste as new layer if you use same tube as me

image mirror place to bottom right of frame drop shaddow.

Resize candle2 paste as new layer place

top left of frame drop shaddow duplicate image mirror

place to top right of frame duplicate place

to bottom left of frame.

Open wordart paste as new layer place to top left of frame.

Add name place just under bottom of main tube drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop edit copy merged in animation shop.Duplicate 3 times.

Open the candle light edit select all edit copy

highlight 1st.frame of your tag edit select all edit paste

in selected frame. Repeat for the other two candles.

Vie animation save your work.

Highlight layer you want to fill selections

select all selections float selections defloat

paste paper of choice delete original layer.

Highlight large oval shape selections select all

selections float selections defloat.

Resize stars13 paste as new layer place to bottom left of oval shape.

drop shaddow select none.

Higlight top left circle selections select all

selections float selections defloat.

Resize EL36 paste as new layer place in centre of circle.

Select none drop shaddow erase any showing in bottom right circle.

Open tube of choice paste as new layer place

towards right bottom of oval shape drop shaddow.

Resize watch40 colours grey scale paste as new layer

place on top of tube hand erase small part to

make it look like she is holding the watch. Drop shaddow.

I added twinks to my top left circle and oval shape paper.

Add name place to place to bottom left of glass

drop shaddow i used a paper for my fill.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize all layers crop highlight tube layer.

Free hand tool draw around the top of glass effects

noise add set on 30 mixed select none edit copy merged

paste in animation shop as new image.

Back to psp undo select none undo noise effects

add noise set on 40 mixed select none

edit copy merged paste in animation shop after current frame.

Back to psp undo select none undo noise.

Effects noise add set on 50 mixed select none

edit copy merged paste in aniamtion after the current frame.

View animation save work.

Magic wand click centre of frame selections

modify exspand by30 paste paper of choice selections

invert delete on keyboard select none

drag below frame i gave mine a weave effect.

Drop shaddow frame.

Open tube of choice paste as new layer drop shaddow.

Place to bottom right of frame.

Resize Resize bow1 paste as new layer place

to top of frame drop shaddow.

Resize flower3 paste as new layer place

to top left corner of frame drop shaddow.

Resize journal tag paste as new layer place

to bottom left corner of frame drop shaddow rotate.

Add wordart on top of journal tag drop shaddow.

Add name place to bottom of frame

i used a paper for my fill drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop delete white background merge other layers visable.

Save as PNG.
