File new 600x600 fill with white.

New layer fill with paper of choice mask

new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

Resize frame paste as new layer magic wand

click in centre of frame selections modify exspand by5

paste paper of choice selections invert delete on keyboard

select none drag below frame layer.

I added natural sparkle effect to mine.

Highlight frame layer magic wand click in centre

selections modify exspand by1

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer

selections invert delete on keyboard select none

drag below frame paste tube again drag above frame

drop shaddow use selection tool cut bottom off tube.

Drop shaddow the frame.

Resize glitter paste as new layer place

on top of left of mask duplicate image mirror drop shaddow.

Resize balloon2 paste as new layer place

to left bottom of frame drop shaddow erase

small part of string rotate.

Resize balloon3 paste as new layer place

on top just below balloon2 drop shaddow rotate.

Resize bear paste as new layer place

on topto right of frame bow drop shaddow.

Resize champagne paste as new layer place

on top right bottom corner of frame drop shaddow.

Resize champagne glasses paste as new layer place

on top of champagne drop shaddow.

Resize ribbons1 and 2 paste as new layers drop shaddow

place on top of champagne rotate ribbon 1.

Add name place to bottom left of frame drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop delete white background merge other layers visable.

Save as PNG.

I add a weave effect.

Resize bracelets paste as new layer on top of mask.

Magic wand click in centre of one frame selections

modify exspand by5 new layer fill with colour of choice

I used the background colour on the tube

then add effect of choice.

Resize record paste as new layer

selections invert delete on keyboard select none

drag below frame bracelet layer drop shaddow.

Highlight bracelet layer magic wand click in centre

modify exspand by 5 resize flair2 paste as new layer

selections invert delete on keyboard select none

drag below bracelet layer drop shaddow.

Highlight bracelet layer magic wand click in centre

of second frame selections modify exspand by5

resize close up tube paste as new layer

selections invert delete on keyboard select none drag below frame.

Resize main tube of choice paste as new layer place

Add name place to bottom centre of work drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop edit copy merged paste in animation shop

as new image duplicate 3 times.

File animation wizard follow settings as below...

same size as first image frame

transparent... centered in the frame

with the canvas colour... yes repeat the animation indefinitely

change length of frame displayed to 45

click on add find where you saved your bauble

Add layer1 click open then continue adding the other 3 layers

click next then finish edit select all edit copy

highlighlight 1st.frame of your tag edit paste

in selected frame line it up with the right hole of

the bookplate view animation save your work.

Open snow file edit copy highlight 1st.frame

of your tag edit select all edit paste in selected frame

repeat till all covered with snow.

View animation save your work.
