New layer fill with paper of choice mask
new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.
Resize fireworks of choice paste as new layers on top of mask
arrange to your own liking or see mine for details.
Resize frame2 paste as new layer on top right of mask
Magic wand click in centre modify exspand by5
paste paper of choice selections invert delete on keyboard
select none drag below frame.
Highlight frame layer magic wand click in centre
Resize clock 1 paste as new layer place
in centre of frame selections select none drop shaddow frame.
Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place
to left of frame image mirror drop shaddow.
Resize champagne bucket3 paste as new layer image mirror
place to bottom left of tube drop shaddow.
Resize champagne glass 1 paste as new layer place
on top left of champagne bucket drop shaddow.
Resize card2 paste as new layer place
on top bottom of tube drop shaddow rotate.
Add 2010 wordart on top of card dropshaddow.
Resize brad3 paste as new layer place
to bottom right of clock rotate drop shaddow.
Resize banner2 paste as new layer place
to bottom of card drop shaddow.
Add name place on top of brad3 rotate drop shaddow.
Add url copywrite and watermark.
Resize crop Highlight clock layer.
Edit copy merged in animation shop as new image.
Back to psp colours adjust brightness and contrast
change brightness to 70 and contrast to -11
edit copy merged paste in animation shop after current frame.
Back to psp undo adjust brightness and contrast
edit copy merged in animation shop after current frame.
Change display time from 10 to 15.
View animation save your work.
