Font of choice i used Perpetus tiling MT.

File new 600x650 fill with white.

New layer fill with paper of choice mask

new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

Resize frame18 paste as new layer on top of mask.

Magic wand click centre of frame selections

modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice selections

invert delete on keyboard select none

drag below frame drop shaddow frame.

I gave mine a weave effect.

Resize bow14 paste as new layer place

to bottom of frame drop shaddow image mirro

erase overlapping end on left side.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place

to left of frame drop shaddow.

Resize fan paste as new layer place

on top of tubes hand drop shaddow.

Use freehand tool draw around hand of tube edit copy

edit paste on top of fan.

Resize balloon1 paste as new layer place

to top right of frame drop shaddow rotate slightly add 2010.

I added eyecandy gradient glow but you can do a white drop shaddow.

Resize clock paste as new layer place

to left of balloon drop shaddow.

Resize wordart paste as new layer place

to bottom of tube drop shaddow.

Resize fireworks35 paste as new layer place

just below bow on right bottom of frame drop shaddow.

Add name place to bottom of frame drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop hide tube layer edit copy merged

paste in animation shop as new image duplicate 20 times.

Back to psp highlight tube layer edit copy

paste in animation shop as new image.

Effects image transition settings on...

Spin all the other settings on default.

Delete all blank frames edit select all edit copy

paste as new image edit select all animation reverse frames.

Edit select all highlight last frame os the 1st.set of frames

edit paste after current frame Delete the 11th frame.

View animation save your work.

File new 650 x 650 fill paper of choice.

New layer fill with either paper of choice or colour.

I used a dark aqua and a light aqua then change the dark aqua to gradient

then add a blinds effect.

Mask new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

Resize tag2 paste as new layer place

to top left of mask drop shaddow.

Open tag fill from supplies paste as new layer on top

of tag2 drop shaddow, use deformation tool to adjust and fit.

Resize blue balloon paste as new layer place

on top of tag balloon drop shaddow.

Resize butterfly blue paste as new layer place

on top left of balloon drop shaddow.

Highlight tag fill magic wand click in centre

Open tube of choice resize image mirror

paste as new layer on top of tag selections invert delete on keyboard

selections select none.

Resize button paste as new layer placeto

bottom centre of tag2 drop shaddow.

Resize star sucker paste as new layer place

to bottom left of button rotate drop shaddow

erase part of stick you don't want showing.

Resize cake3 paste as new layer place

bottom right of button drop shaddow.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place

right of mask drop shaddow.

Open wordart from supplies paste as new layer place

to top right of mask.

Resize birthday word paste as new layer place

underneath Capricorn wordart drop shaddow.

Add name place to centre bottom of tag2 drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop delete white background merge other layers visable.

Save as PNG.
