File new 600x600 fill with white.
New layer fill with paper of choice mask
new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.
Resize frame77 paste as new layer on top of mask.
Magic wand click in centre of frame selections
modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice selections
selections invert delete on keyboard select none
drag below frame layer drop shaddow frame.
Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place
to bottom left of frame drop shaddow.
Resize heart tag33 paste as new layer place
to top right of frame magic wand click in empty space
of heart selections modify exspand by2
paste paper of choice selections invert delete on keyboard
select none drag below heart frame drop shaddow.
Highlight heart frame tag new layer add wordart rotate drop shaddow.
Resize bear14 paste as new layer place
just below heart tag drop shaddow image mirror.
Add name place to bottom of tube foot drop shaddow
erase small part to make it look like its winds round the foot.
Add url copywrite and watermark.
Resize crop delete white background merge other layers visable.
Save as PNG.
