File new 600x600 fill with white.
New layer fill with paper of choice i used balck and grey colour
then changed to gradient then filled mask
new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.
Resize frame1 paste as new layer on top of mask
magic wand click in centre of frame selections
modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice selections
invert delete on keyboard select none
drag below frame drop shaddow add white weave effect.
Open wordart paste as new layer in centre of frame.
Open fireworks paste as new layer place
to top right corner inside frame duplicate place
to other side duplicate place under centre of wordart.
Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place
left of frame drop shaddow.
Resize champagne01 glass paste as new layer place
to bottom left corner of frame drop shaddow rotate
duplicate image mirror place on top of first glass.
Add name place to bottom right of frame drop shaddow.
Add url copywrite and watermark.
Resize crop edit copy merged paste in animation shop as new image
duplicate 9 times.
Open 2010 bling resize edit select all edit copy
highlight 1st.frame of tag edit select all edit paste in selected frame
place to top right of frame.
Open 2stars bling resize edit select all edit copy
highlight 1st.frame of tag edit select all edit paste in selected frame
place to top right of frame.
Highlight 1st.frame of 2stars bling animation mirror edit select all edit copy
highlight 1st.frame of tag edit select all edit paste in selected frame
