New layer fill with paper of of choice mask
new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.
Resize frame 53 paste as new layer place on top of mask
move near the top leaving room for wordart.
Magic wand click in center of frame selections
modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice selections
invert delete on keyboard select none drag below frame layer.
Highlight frame layer magic wand click in centre of frames
resize flowers 33 and 68 paste one in each of frame drop shaddow
selections invert delete on keyboard select none
drag below frame layer drop shaddow frame.
Open tube of choice paste as new layer place
to right of frame drop shaddow.
Resize any bow colourize pink paste as new layer place
on top of frames bow drop shaddow.
Resize Open balloons paste as new layer place
to top left corner of frame drop shaddow rotate duplicate
image mirror place under first balloons duplicate
place underneath last right frame rotate.
Resize padlock21 paste as new layer place to bottom left
corner of frame drop shaddow rotate.
Open box paste as new layer place
to bottom left frame drop shaddow.
Open cup and saucer paste as new layer place
on top bottom centre of frame drop shaddow.
Open Aquarius wordart paste as new layer place to top of frame.
Open wordart paste as new layer place
above aquarius wordart.
Add name place to bottom right of tube drop shaddow.
Add url copywrite and watermark.
resize crop edit copy paste in animation shop as new image duplicate twice.
Open cake edit select all edit copy highlight 1st.frame of tag
edit select all edit paste in selected frame place between
box and name repeat one more time carefully place on top
of first cake did this to make the candle show up more.
View animation save your work.
