Font Copeerfeild Gothic Light.

File new fill with white.

New layer fill with paper of choice mask

new from image select and apply mask merge mask laye visable.

Resize frame1 paste as new layer on top of mask.

Magic wand click in centre selections

modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice selections

invert delete on keyboard select none

drag below frame drop shaddow frame.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place

to bottom leftof frame if useing my tube drop shaddoon 10..50..5.

Resize bow5 paste as new layer place

to top right corner of frame drop shaddow rotate slightly.

Resize brad1 paste as new layer place

to top left corner of frame drop shaddow.

Resize label1 paste as new layer place

just underneath bottom of tube drop shaddow

image mirror add name drop shaddow.

Add wordart place to top right of frame drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop delete white background merge other layers visable.

Save as PNG.

Open template delete credit layer.

Highlight raster1 layer image canvas size 600x 700.

Method for filling layers...

Highlight layer you want to fill selections select all

selections float selections defloat fill with paper of choice.

Selections invert delete on keyboard. Delete original layer.

For filling with just a colour ...

Same as above but make new layer before filling.

I used only the one paper for all my layer fills

then added effects of choice.

To the frame outer edges i added noise.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place

to bottom triangle drop shaddow.

Use selection tool if need be to cut overlapping away.

Resize celebrater sticker i colourized mine to compliment tube

paste as new layer place to bottom of tube drop shaddow.

You can use a colour and make your own wordart if you

do not want to pay for a kit.

Use preset shapes on ellipse draw ellipse around top

of template add name drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop highlight copy of raste2 layer effects

DSB flux noise or normal noise if you don't have DBS

add noise on 80 edit copy merged paste in animation shop

as new image back to psp undo noise add noise on 90

edit copy merged in animation shop after current frame

back to psp undo noise add noise on 100 edit copy merged

paste in animation shop after current frame.

Vie animation save your work.

Highlight frame layer magic wand click inside

bottom right frame selections modify

exspand by2 resize tube of choice paste as new layer

selections invert delete on keyboard select none

drag below frame drop shaddow frame.

Resize main tube paste as new layer place

on top left of frame drop shaddow.

Resize heart13 paste as new layer place in centre of frames

drop shaddow add wordart.

Resize flower5 paste as new layer place to top

right corner of frame drop shaddow.

Resize flower6 paste as new layer place on top

of first flower make it smaller than the one below drop shaddow.

Duplicate flower 5 resize place on top of flower on frame drop shaddow.

Resize bow10 paste as new layer place to

bottom centre of frame drop shaddow.

Add name place to top centre of frame drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop delete white background merge other layers visable.

Save as PNG.
