File new 600x65o fill with white.
New layer fill with paper of choice mask
new fron image select and apply mask
merge mask layer visable duplicate.
Resize frame1 paste as new layer on top of mask.
Magic wand click in centre of both frames selections
modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice selections
invert delete on keyboard drag below frame select none drop shaddow frame.
Resize blossom paste as new layer image mirror place
to top corner inside frame drop shaddow erase part you don't want showing.
Repeat for the other two corners of frames.
Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place
to bottom of 1st.frame drop shaddow.
Resize rose3 paste as new layer rotate drop shaddow place
on top of hand erase part to show fingers holding rose.
Resize envelope paste as new layer place under tubes feet
drop shaddow add wordart.
Resize doodle paste as new layer image mirror place on top
of mask to right of frame drop shaddow erase part you don't want showing.
Duplicate image mirror image flip.
Resize bow1 paste as new layer place
to top right corner of frame drop shaddow rotate.
Resize bird1 paste as new layer image mirror place
to top left of frame drop shaddow.
Add name place just under tubes bottom drop shaddow.
Add url copywrite and watermark.
Resize crop delete white background merge other layers visable.
Save as PNG.
