File new 600x600 fill with white.
New layer fill with paper of choice mask
new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.
Resize frame3 paste as new layer on top of mask.
Magic wand click inside frame selections
modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice selections
invert delete on keyboard select none drag below frame.
Highlight frame magic wand click in centre of frame
resize close up tube paste as new layer selections
invert delete on keyboard select none
drag below frame drop shaddow frame.
Resize bow7 paste as new layer on top bottom of frame drop shaddow.
Resize main tube paste as new layer image mirror
place to left of frame drop shaddow.
Resize bling2 paste as new layer on top right of mask
i colourized mine pink rotate duplicate rotate place to top of frame.
Resize clip1 paste as new layer drop shaddow place to top of frame.
Resize letterpaste as new layer place
to bottom right corner of frame drop shaddow
add wordart drop shaddow.
Resize butterfly3 paste as new layer place to top right corner
of letter image mirror drop shaddow.
Resize teddy paste as new layer place on top bottom of tube foot drop shaddow.
Add name place on top bottom of the heart on tube drop shaddow.
Add url copywrite and watermark.
Resize crop delete white background layer merge other layers visable.
Save as PNG.
