File new 600x 650 fill with white.
New layer fill with paper of choice mask new from image
select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.
Resize frame paste as new layer on top of mask
erase eyelet and ring from top of frame.
Magic wand click in centre of frame selections modify
exspand by5 paste paper of choice selections invert
delete on keyboard select none drag below frame.
Open zodiac signs select blue fishes resize paste as new layer
to top left inside frame drop shaddow.
Open tube of choice paste as new layer place
to below bottom of frame drop shaddow erase overlapping of tail.
Use freehand tool draw around the inner frame and tail of tube
effects eyecandy water drops change settings to your
own liking select none the inside of frame and the tube tail
should be covered in water drops see mine for details.
Resize beads on string paste as new layer place
to left of frame drop shaddow erase top of string.
Resize balloon paste as new layer image mirror place
on top of tube erase part of string to show string
going under fingers drop shaddow.
Resize fishes paste as new layer place to top of balloon drop shaddow.
add pisces wordart place just underneath fishes.
Resize card paste as new layer place under tube drop shaddow
erase part to show finger holding it in her hand.
Resize gift paste as new layer place to right of card just underneath it drop shaddow.
Open happy birthday wordart paste as new layer place to top of frame.
Add name place on top bottom of card drop shaddow.
Add url copywrite and watermark.
Resize crop delete white background layer merge other layers visable.
