New layer fill with colour or paper of choice mask
new from image select and apply mask
merge mask layer visable.
Resize ribbon heart paste as new layer on top of mask.
Magic wand click in centre selections modify by5
paste paper of choice selections invert delete on keyboard
drag below heart select none drop shaddow heart.
Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place
on top centre of heart drop shaddow.
Resize heart that comes with tube paste as new layer
place to end of arrow of the bow drop shaddow i gave mine an effect.
Resize felt heart place to bottom left of heart rotate drop shaddow.
Resize raggedy Ann and Andy paste as new layer place
to left bottom on top of felt heart of heart drop shaddow.
Resize little owl paste as new layer place to
right of raggedy Andy drop shaddow.
Resize bow2 paste as new layer place
to bottom centre of heart drop shaddow.
Resize tags paste as new layer place to top left of heart
drop shaddow image mirror add cupid wordart on top of tag.
Resize love ribbon paste as new layer place just below
and under tags drop shaddow.
Resize cupid image mirror paste as new layer place
on top bottom of cupid drop shaddow rotate.
Resize little bird paste as new layer place on top
of cupid tags drop shaddow.
Add wordart love never fails place just below cupid drop shaddow.
Add name place just below raggedy Ann and Andy drop shaddow.
Add url copywrite and watermark.
Resize crop delete white background merge other layers visable.
Save as PNG.
