File new 600x600 fill with white.

New layer fill with paper of choice mask

new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

Resize frame3 paste as new layer on top of mask.

Magic wand click in centre selections modify

exspand by5 paste paper of choice selections

invert delete on keyboard drag below frame select none.

Drop shaddow frame.

Add word I and U on top of top and bottom heart drop shaddow.

Preset shapes choice heat shape draw small heart on

centre heart of frame drop shaddow.

Resize heart6 paste as new layer place

in centre of heart on top of paper fill drop shaddow.

Erase part in centre of ring to make it look like its going through frame.

Paste tube of choice as new layer place to left of frame drop shaddow.

Resize Resize hearts7 paste as new layer place

on top of mask right side under top heart of frame

drop shaddow rotate.

Resize brd1 paste as new layer place just underneath

small hearts and right of frame hearts drop shaddow.

Resize candles3 paste as new layer place

on top right of bottom heart frame drop shaddow.

Resize flower11 paste as new layer place

on top bottom of bottom heart rotate drop shaddow.

Resize butterfly5 paste as new layer place

on top of flowers drop shaddow.

Resize Open wordart of choice paste as new layer place

to top of heart frame i colourized mine

magic wand click in centre of tiny heart selections

modify exspand by1 new layer fill with colour drag below heart

light drop shaddow.

Add name place to bottom of tubes feet drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop edit copy paste in animation shop as new image.

Duplicate 3 times open candle flame animation

edit select all edit copy highlight 1st frame of tag

edit select all edit paste in selected frame place on rop of candle

Repeat same as above for the other2 candles.

View animation save your work.

I gave all my main layers a heavy drop shaddow

then either a narrow white drop shaddow or

eyecandy gradient and then another dark drop shaddow.

Duplicate place to left top of frame.

Resize crop delete white background

cut away bottom of tube below the elbow.

Drop shaddow frame layer.

Resize flower10 paste as new layer place

to top left of frame drop shaddow.

Resize flower13 make it just slightly large than flower10

paste as new layer place on top but underneath flower 10 drop shaddow.

Resize butterfly57 paste as new layer image mirror

place on top of flowers drop shaddow.

Resize ladybird24 paste as new layer place

on bottom left of frame rotate drop shaddow.

Resize ribbon heart15 paste as new layer place

to right of frame drop shaddow.

Add name place to bottom right of frame drop shaddow rotate.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop delete white background layer.

Merge all other layers visable.

Save as PNG.
