File new 600x650 fill with white new layer fill with paper of choice
mask new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.
Resize frame75 paste as new layer place on top of mask.
Magic wand click in centre selections modify exspand by5
paste paper of choice selections invert delete on keyboard
drag below frame layer I gave mine a dot and cross effect.
Highlight frame layer magic wand click in centre selections
modify exspand by2 resize heart trail 10paste as new layer place
on top of paper fill selections invert delete on keyboard select none
drag below frame drop shaddow frame layer.
Open tube of choice paste as new layer place to left of frame drop shaddow.
Resize flower deco8 paste as new layer place towards bottom
right of frame drop shaddow image mirror.
Resize teddy55 paste as new layer place on top right of
right flower deco drop shaddow.
Use preset shapes tool draw ellipse around tag see my labels
Help how to do? Add name place to top right of frame drop shaddow.
Add url copywrite and watermark.
Delete white background merge layers visable.
Save as PNG.
