File new 600x600 fill with white.
New layer fill with paper of choice mask
new from image select and apply mask
merge mask layer visable make 1 size larger.
Resize frame2 paste as new layer on top of mask.
Magic wand click in centre selections modify exspand by3
paste paper of choice selections invert delete on keyboard
select none drag below frame light drop shaddow frame.
Open tube of choice paste as new layer place
to bottom left of frame drop shaddow.
Resize bear paste as new layer place
on top of tubes knee drop shaddow erase part
to show elbow of arm showing.
Resize bow1 paste as new layer place to
bottom centre of frame drop shaddow.
Resize flower8 paste as new layer place
to left of tubes head dropshaddow.
Resize flower9 paste as new layer place on top
right of flower8 duplicate flower8 place right flower9
duplicate flower9 place right on top of flower8.
Resize butterfly3 paste as new layer place
on top of flowers image mirror drop shaddow rotate.
Use preset shapes toll draw ellipse as shown in tut on
help tuts label add name dropshaddow.
Add url copywrite and watermark.
Delete white background merge layers visable.
Save as PNG.

New layer fill with paper of choice mask

Resize frame63 paste as new layer on top of mask.
Magic wand click in centre of frame selections modify
exspand by5 new layer fill with sky blue
picture tube select clouds add a couple of clouds to top.
selections invert delete on keyboard.
Picture tube select sun of choice colour yellow
if same sun as mine magic wand click in tiny parts
around sun new layer fill with another yellow drag below sun layer
place to top right corner of frame.
Highlight frame layer magic wand click in centre magic wand
don't forget the parts below the bow
selections modify exspand by5 paste tube of choice place
to bottom of frame selections invert delete on keyboard
drag below frame paste tube again drag above frame
use selection tool cut part of bottom and side of tube erase
around hair so she is outside of frame drop shaddow.
Resize flower4 paste as new layer place
to top left of frame drop shaddow.
Resize flower29 paste as new layer place
to top left corner of frame on top of flower4 drop shaddow.
Resize flower39 paste as new layer place on top
below flower29 drop shaddow.
Resize pendant70 paste as new layer place
to top right corner of frame drop shaddow erase small part
in centre of clip.
Add wordart i used a paper for my spring and a colour
for the background fill place to top right of frame
drop shaddow frame and wordart.
Add name place to bottom of frame drop shaddow.
Add url copywrite and watermark.
Resize crop delete white background layer
merge other layers visable.
Save as PNG.

View animation save your work.
