File new 600x600 fill with white.
new layer fill with paper of choice mask
new from image select and apply mask
merge mask layer visable.
Resize chrome frame paste as new layer on top of mask.
Magic wand click in centre selections modify exspand by5
paste paper of choice selections invert delete on keyboard select none.
Resize WA wordart paste as new layer inside frame
drop shaddow wordart and frame.
Resize pin paste as new layer rotate drop shaddow
place to top left corner inside frame.
Resize table54 paste as new layer place
on top bottom right corner of frame drop shaddow.
Resize cup and saucer58 paste as new layer place
on top right corner of table dropshaddow.
Resize teapot46 paste as new layer image mirror
place behind left of cup and saucer drop shaddow.
Resize cake53 paste as new layer place
behind left of teapot drop shaddow.
Resize box2 paste as new layer place
just underneath right of table drop shaddow.
Resize box paste as new layer place on top
right of box2 drop shaddow.
Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place
to bottom left corner of frame dropshaddow image mirror.
Resize bag paste as new layer place
behind left of tube drop shaddow.
Resize tulips paste as new layer rotate drop shaddow
place on top of boxes.duplicate image mirror place
on top of tubes hand erase part of stem to show hand.
Resioze hearts and diamonds paste as new layer
place to top of frame drop shaddow.
Add name place to left and just under tube drop shaddow.
Add url copywrite and watermark.
Delete white background layer.Merge other layers visable.
Save as PNG.
