I gave mine a noise and weave effect.

Resize frame37 paste as new layer on top of mask

magic wand click in centre selections modify exspand by5

paste paper of choice selections invert delete

on keyboard drag below frame.

Highlight frame magic wand click in centre selections

modify exspand by2 resize tube of choice image mirror

paste as new layer place towards right centre of frame

selections invert delete on keyboard drag below frame

layer palette change blend mode to luminance drop shaddow frame.

Resize main tube of choice paste as new layer place

to right of frame drop shaddow.

Resize tag39 paste as new layer place to cover tubes butt

image mirror rotate drop shaddow add wordarts on top of tags

eyecandy or white drop shaddow the naughty wordart.

Resize heart20 paste as new layer place to left of frame drop shaddow.

Resize flower45 paste as new layer place

on top of heart 20 drop shaddow.

Resize butterfly42 paste as new layer rotate drop shaddow

place on top of heart.

Resize bow6 paste as new layer place to bottom left slightly

rotate drop shaddow.

Add name place to bottom right of frame either eyecandy gradient glow

or white drop shaddow then normal drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop delete white background merge layers visable.

Save as PNG.

Select none either eyecancdy gradient glow or white drop shaddow

then duplicate the frame.

Resize envelope8 paste as new layer place to bottom right

magic wand click in each letter selections modify exspand by1

new layer fill with colour of choice select none drag below wordart

add effect and drop shaddow wordart.

Add name place to bottom of tube inner bevel drop shaddow

drag below tube duplicate drag above tube use selection tool

cut letters overlapping beginning of name.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop delete white background merge layers visable.

Save as PNG.

drop shaddow use deformation tool line up with the bow

on the frame erase any overlapping frame bow.

Resize clover paste as new layer place to top right

corner of frame drop shaddow.

Resize pot of gold paste as new layer on top bottom right

corner of frame drop shaddow use deformation tool

to cover over clover on frame.

Resize pot of gold at the end of the rainbow from add on

paste as new layer place to top of frame on top of mask

drop shaddow erase parts overlapping at sides.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place

on top of frame drop shaddow use selection tool trim bottom of tube.

Resize leprechaun sticker paste as new layer place

to bottom left corner of frame drop shaddow.

Resize kiss me wordart paste as new layer place

to top left of frame drop shaddow.

Add name place to bottom of frame drop shaddow

i used a paper for my name fill.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop delete white background layer

merge all other layers visable.
