File new from image 600x600 fill with white.

New layer fill with paper of choice mask

select and apply mask merge mask visable.

Resize frame6 paste as new layer on top of mask magic wand click in centre

modify exspand by2 paste paper of choice selections

invert delete on keyboard drag below frame add weave effect.

Resize frame1 paste as new layer 0n top of 1st. frame

just outside of it magic wand click in centre

selections modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice

drag below frame selections invert delete on keyboard.

Drop shaddpw both frames.

Resize tunbe of choice paste as new layer place

to bottom of frame drop shaddow use selection tool

cut overlapping of tube at the bottom.

Resize blarneystone paste as new layer place to bottom left

corner of frame rotate drop shaddow.

Open wordart from supplies edit copy paste as new layer

place on top of bottom of frame and blarney stone.

Resize flower4 paste as new layer place to top left corner

of frame drop shaddow.

Resize bottlecap2 paste as new layer place on top

of flower drop shaddow.

Resize balloon3 paste as new layer place on top left corner

of 1st.frame drop shaddow rotate drop shaddow.

Resize horseshoe paste as new layer place to top right

corner of frame drop shaddow rotate.

resize clip1 paste as new layer place on top right corner

of frame drop shaddow rotate erase part of clip so it looks

like it is clipped on the frame.

Add name down right side of frame drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

delete white background merge layers visable.Resize crop.

Save as PNG.

invert delete on keyboard select none drop shaddow frame.

Resize grunge moment paste as new layer place

to top left inside frame duplicate image mirror place

to top right inside frame.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer on top of frame

drop shaddow erase parts of tube at bottom of frame

and sides you do not want to show see mine for details.

Resize hanging flower paste as new layer place

down left side of frame drop shaddow.

Resize cream flower paste as new layer place to top

right corner of frame drop shaddow duplicate resize place

on top beneath 1st flower duplicate resize place

on top left of 1st. flower.

Add wordart place to bottom of frame drop shaddow.

Add name place to top left of frame drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop delete white background merge layers visable.

Save as PNG.

drag below frame select none.

Paste tube again drag above frame drop shaddow.

Paste frame again drag above last tube erase overlapping tube

at the bottom left of frame drop shaoow frame.

Resize flower6 paste as new layer place

to top right corner of frame drop shaddow.

Resize flower4 paste as new layer place on top

left of flower 6 drop shaddow.

Resize butterfly2 paste as new layer place

on top of flowers rotate drop shaddow.

Resize blossom paste as new layer place to bottom

of frame drop shaddow image flip duplicate image mirror

place on top of 1st.blossome.

Resize bow 2 paste as new layer place on top of blossom

stems drop shaddow rotate.

Resize felt heart paste as new layer place

to bottom right of blossom drop shaddow rotate.

Resize box paste as new layer place to bottom right

under felt heart drop shaddow.

Resize little bag paste as new layer place

on top right of box drop shaddow rotate.

Add wordart as new layer place down left of frame

either eyecandy gradient glow or white drop shaddow

then normal drop shaddow.

Add name place to bottom left and under blossom

same drop shaddows as wordart.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop delete white background merge layers visable.

Save as PNG.
