New layer fill with paper of choice mask
new from image select and apply mask merge mask visable.
Resize frame39 paste as new layer on top of mask.
Magic wand click in centre selections modify exspand by30
paste paper of choice selections invert delete on keyboard
select none drag below frame.
Higlight frame magic wand click in centre selections
modify exspand 1 paste tube of choice selections invert
delete on keyboard drag below frame drop shaddow frame.
Resize main tube of choice image mirror paste as new layer place
to right of frame drop shaddow.
Resize long bow21 paste as new layer place
to left of frame drop shaddow.
Resize heart box22 paste as new layer place to
bottom of frame drop shaddow rotate.
Resize box48a paste as new layer place on top
left of heart box22 drop shaddow.
Resize boquet5 paste as new layer place on top right
of box48a drop shaddow resize bow46 paste as new layer
place on top of boquet stems drop shaddow rotate.
Add wordart place to top centre of frame either
eyecandy gradient glow or white drop shaddow then
normal drop shaddow.
Add name place to bottom left of frame same drop shaddows as wordart.
Add url copywrite and watermark.
Resize crop delete white background merge layers visable.
Save as PNG.
