File new 600x600 fill with white.
New layer fill with paper of choice colourize it
mask new from image select and apply mask merge mask visable.
Resize tripple frames paste as new layer on top of mask.
Magic wand click in centre of all frames selections
modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice selections
invert delete on keyboard drag below frame select none.
Highlight frame magic wand click in centre selections modify
exspand by1 resize diamond trail paste as new layer
selections invert delete on keyboard drag below frame drop shaddow.
Select none.Add an effect to paper fill.
Highlight frame magic wand click in centre of 1st.frame
resize tube of choice paste part of tube to your liking
Selections invert delete on keyboard select none
drop shaddow drag below frame.
Repeat above for the bottom right frame drop shaddow frame.
Resize fan paste as new layer place in bottom left of centre frame drop shaddow.
Resize main tube paste as new layer place
to right of frame drop shaddow.
Resize pendant paste as new layer place to top left corner
of frame drop shaddow.
Resize tags paste as new layer place to bottom left of frame
drop shaddow image mirror rotate add wordart dropshaddow.
Add name place to bottom in between tubes feet drop shaddow.
Add url copywrite and watermark.
Resize crop delete white background merge layers visable.
Save as PNG.
