File new 600x600 fill with white.
New layer fill with paper of choice mask
new from image select and apply mask
merge mask layer visable duplicate add weave effect.
Resize leprechaun frame paste as new layer on top of mask.
Magic wand click in centre of both frame selections
modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice selections
invert delete on keyboard drag below frame select none
add blinds effect drop shaddow frame.
Highlight frame resize tube of choice paste as new layer
place on top of first frame drop shaddow used selection tool
cut overlapping at bottom of tube.
resize wrap1 paste as new layer place on top left bottom
corner of frame drop shaddow.
Resize signpost paste as new layer place to right side of frame drop shaddow.
Resize shamrocks1 paste as new layer place
to bottom left of signpost drop shaddow.
Resize wheelbarrow paste as new layer place
to bottom left and on top of shamrocks drop shaddow.
Resize Resize butterfly2 paste as new layer place to top
right corner of signpost drop shaddow rotate.
Duplicate image mirror resize again place on top of wheelbarrow.
Resize horseshoe1 paste as new layer place
centre right of signpost drop shaddow rotate.
Resize banner3 paste as new layer place to top
and under signpost drop shaddow.
Resize toned flower2 paste as new layer place to top left
corner of banner3 drop shaddow.
Resize leprechaun pin1 paste as new layer place on top
of frame leprechaun drop shaddow.
Add name place to bottom left of frame drop shaddow.
Add url copywrite and watermark.
Resize crop delete white background layer
merge other layers visable.
Save as PNG.
