File new fill with white.
New layer fill with paper of choice mask
new from image select and apply mask merge mask visable.
Effect plugins penta dot and cross on default settings.
Resize frame29 paste as new layer colourize it to
compliment your tag paste as new layer on top of mask.
Magic wand click in centre selections modify
exspand by3 paste paper of choice selections invert
delete on keyboard drag below frame select none drop shaddow frame.
Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place
if useing same tube as me resize carrot5 paste as new layer
place on top of rabbits hand drop shaddow use freehand tool
draw around the hand of the rabbit edit copy paste on top
of carrot on your tag.
Resize easter wordart50 paste as new layer on top left
inside frame drop shaddow rotate.
Resize clip 51 paste as new layer place to bottom right of wordart
drop shaddow rotate.
Resize flower31 paste as new layer place to top left
of tube and frame drop shaddow drag below tube.
Resize flower32 paste as new layer place on top left of flower31
drag on top of frame and wordart drop shaddow.
Duplicate flower31 place below and under flower32 and wordart.
Resize butterfly8 paste as new layer image mirror
place on top of flowers drop shaddow rotate.
Add name place just under the rabbit and tube inner bevel drop shaddow.
Add url copywrite and watermark.
Resize crop delete white background merge layers visable.
Save as PNG.
