Font of choice i used Paternoster.
File new 600x650 fill with white new layer
fill with paper of choice mask
new from image select and apply mask merge mask visable.
Resize frame paste as new layer on top of mask.
Magic wand click in centre of each frame selections
modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice selections
invert delete on keyboard drag below frame layer
drop shaddow frame.
Resize pearls paste as new layer place to left
of frame on top of mask drop shaddow.
Resize chain paste as new layer place to top of
1st.frame drop shaddow duplicate twice place to top of
the 2nd and 3rd frames.
Resize cross paste as new layer place to bottom of
top chain drop shaddow.
Resize boot paste as new layer place to bottom of
middle chain image mirror drop shaddow.
Resize tira paste as new layer place to bottom
of 3rd.chain drop shaddow.
Open tube paste as new layer place to right
of frame drop shaddow.
Resize diamind wordart paste as new layer place
to bottom of frame just under the feet of tube drop shaddow.
Add name place to left of head of tube drop shaddow.
Add url copywrite and watermark.
Resize crop delete white background merge layers visable.
Save as PNG.
