File 600 650 fill with white new layer fill with colour of choice
i used black and greay then changed black to gradient.
Mask select and apply mask merge mask visable.
Resize frame2 paste as new layer on top of mask
magic wand click in centre selections modify exspand by5
fill with paper of choice selections invert
delete on keyboard drag below frame.
Highlight frame magic wand click in centre selections modify exspand by3
resize skyline2 paste as new layer selections invert
delete on keyboard drag below frame.
Resize moon paste as new layer place to topright
on top of skyline under frame drop shaddow frame.
Add a few tiny stars of choice to top of skyline.
Resize tube of choice paste as new layer image mirror
place to left of frame drop shaddow.
Resize champagne bottle paste as new layer place
on top of tube hand drop shaddow erase part of fingers
to show her holding bottle.
Resize flute glass paste as new layer place to left of bottle
drop shaddow duplicate rotate place on top of 1st glass use freehand tool
draw round wine in glasses and bottle then add noise effect.
Resize old clock paste as new layer place to right
and under bottle drop shaddow.
Resize both candles paste as new layer place to right and on top
of old clock drop shaddow make one slightly smaller than the other.
Open my wordart paste as new layer place to top of frame.
Add name place to bottom right of candles drop shaddow
i gave mine a white weave effect.
Add url copywrite and watermark.
Resize crop delete white background merge layers visable.
Save as PNG.
