Open template delete raster3 layer.
Highlight raster1 layer image canvas size 600x700 resize later.
My method for filling template layers...
Highlight the layer you want to fill selections select all
selections float selections defloat new layer fill with colour
to compliment your tube delete original layer.
Add selection of effects of your own choice to layers.
Higlight raster14 magic wand click in centre new layer
fill with colour of choice resize tube paste as new layer selections
invert delete on keyboard drop shaddow tube select none.
Delte raster14 layer layer palette change blend mode to soft light.
Open main tube of choice image mirror paste as new layer place
on top of raster12 layer drop shaddow
i resized mine by 110 per centage of original.
Drop shaddow all layers but not your fill layers.
Add name place to bottom right of tubes feet to colour the small stars
in your name magic wand click on the small stars selections
modify exspand by1 new layer fill with colour of choice drag below
name layer merge name and star filled layers visable drop shaddow.
Add url copywrite and watermark.
Resize crop. Highlight the tiny stars layer effects dsb flux bright noise
set on 80 highlight medium stars layer add noise as above.
Edit copy merged paste in animation shop as new layer.
Back to psp undo till your 1st noise has been undone add noise on both layers
as above set on 90 edit copy merged paste into animation shop
after current frame. Back to psp again undo till your 1st noise has been undone
add noise again on your two layer as above set on 100 this time.
Edit copy merged paste in animation shop after current frame.
View animation save your work.
