File new 500x542 fill with white new layer
fill with paper of choice mask new from image select and apply mask
merge mask visable.
Resize frame6 paste in center on top of mask move carefully to the right.
Magic wand click in center modify exspand by5
paste paper of choice selections invert delete on keyboard
drag below frame Highlight frame magic wand click in center
resize tube of choice paste as new layer selections
invert delete on keyboard select none drag below frame.
Change opacity to 70 drop shaddow frame.
Resize sun schnegge paste as new layer place to top left
of frame drag on top of mask drop shaddow.
Resize main tube image mirror paste as new layer place
to left of frame drop shaddow.
Resize hat paste as new layer place to top right
corner of frame rotate drop shaddow.
Resize butterfly6 paste as new layer image mirror
place on top right side flowers drop shaddow.
Resize bow20 paste as new layer place to bottom
left corner of frame drop shaddow.
Resize drink paste as new layer place to right bottom
of tube drop shaddow.
Resize fruits2 paste as new layer place on top right
of drink drop shaddow.
Resize fruits1 paste as new layer image mirror place
below fruits2 to the right drop shaddow.
Resize fruits3 paste as new layer place on top bottom
of the other 2 fruits drop shaddow.
Resize 07_barE_schnegge paste as new layer place
on top left of drink drop shaddow.
Add wordart tropical delight's place to top of sun drop shaddow.
Add name place to bottom right of tubes feet drop shaddow.
Add url copywrite and watermark.
Close white background and mask layers merge all
other layers visable edit copy paste in animation shop
as new image duplicate 20 times.
Back to psp close all layer leaving only your mask layer visable
Be sure to have mask layer highlighted edit copy
paste in animation shop as new image.
Open new file 500x542 duplicate 20 times
you will need 21 frames for your white background
21 frames for your tag you carried over from psp.
Back to your mask frame effects insert image effect
look for and click on rotate setting on default
you will now have 21 frames for your mask.
Edit select all edit copy highlight 1st.frame of your choice
white background edit select all edit paste in selected frame
be carefull to keep it steady and in the center.
Back to your tag you carreid over from psp highlight 1st.frame
edit select all edit copy highlight 1st.frame of your white background
and mask frames edit select all edit paste in selected frame.
If your careful you should have place everything central.
Change display speed from 10 to 15.
View animation save your work.
