Font of choice i used Vivaldi.

Open template delete raster2. open no glow drag above w/glow.

Open raster1 highlight it image canvas size 700x700

we will crop it later.

Resize no glow and w/glow by 90 percent of original. move into place.

My method for filling template layers...

Highlight layer your wanting to fill selections select all

selections float selections defloat new layer

fill with colour of choice delete original layer.

No glow layer add psp artistic effects brush strokes.

Raster add EC5 impact glass set on

49.58/30/0/inside selection. 20/77/39/50/62/28.42/o

going from top to bottom.

Raster5 add noise on light and set on 50.

Highlight raster8 magic wand click in center of top frame

resize tube of chpoice paste head as new layer selections

invert delete on keyboard drag below frame select none.

Repeat as above for the 2nd frame.

Layer palette change blend mode to soft light on both layers.

Open main tube image mirror paste as new layer place

to bottom left of template drop shaddow.

Drop shaddow all outer frames.

Add name place to bottom right of template i added

EC4 gradient glow and normal drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop delete raster1 merge layers visable.

Save as PNG.

magic wand click in both centres selections modify exspand by5

paste paper of choice selections invert delete on keyboard

drag below frame select none.

Highlight frame magic wand click in center of small frame

selections modify exspand by2 resize tube of choice

paste as new layer selections invert delete on keyboard

layer palette change blend mode to luminance.

drag below frame select none.

Resize close up tube image mirror paste as new layer

on top bottom of 1st.frame drop shaddow erase overlapping of tube

at the bottom of frame.

Resize glitter3 paste as new layer on top left of mask

place to top left of 1st.frame duplicate image mirror

move to top right of small frame duplicate image mirror image flip

place to bottom left corner of 1st.frame.

Resize charm paste as new layer place to top right

corner of small frame drop shaddow.

Resize button4 paste as new layer place on top of charm drop shaddow.

Resize bow2 paste as new layer place to bottom

right corner of small frame drop shaddow duplicate place

on top bottom left of 1st flower duplicate place

on top of 2nd.flower.

Resize decoration paste as new layer place to bottom

left corner of 1st.frame.

Add name drop shaddow place to bottom of flowers.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop delete background merge layers visable.

Save as PNG.

Resize stars 67 and68 paste as new layers place to your own liking drop shaddow as you go. Resize splatter23 paste as new layer place to left on top of mask drop shaddow duplicate image mirror.
